At Lunaris MU, we strive to provide a fair and transparent donation system. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any donations.
Eligible Refunds: Refunds are only granted if a donation was made by mistake. You must notify us immediately after the transaction occurs.
How to Request a Refund

1Contact Us Immediately Reach out to a staff member via Discord as soon as you realize a donation was made in error.

2Provide Transaction Details Include your account username, the donation amount, and the transaction ID from your payment receipt.

3Wait for Review Our team will review your request and verify the transaction. We aim to process eligible refunds within 48 hours.
Important Warning
Disputes = Account Ban: Disputing or charging back any donation through PayPal or your bank will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account. Under no other normal circumstances are refunds provided.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following situations do not qualify for a refund:
- You changed your mind after receiving your credits or items
- You were banned for violating server rules
- You are unhappy with a server update or decision
- You no longer play on the server
- Any reason not explicitly stated in our eligible refunds policy
